All Vendors are responsible for their own power, lights and set up.  Please be sure to read the rules and regulations below before registering.

Vendor Registration Update
Due to high demand and our commitment to offering festival guests a diverse mix of food options, all food vendors will now be required to complete an application process. Please submit your application, and our team will review it and notify you regarding acceptance.

Retail vendors may continue to register and pay online as before. In the rare case that a retail application cannot be accommodated, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Food Trucks

$400

Up to a 10×30 space for entree food vendors. Includes 4 GA wristbands for workers.

Snack Food Vendors

$275

Up to a 10×20 space for dessert/snack/drink vendorss. Inculudes 3 GA wristbands for workers.

Additional workers must purchase a GA tickets.  Not all vendors can be accepted.  If your application cannot be accepted, you will be notified and refunded as soon as possible.

NOTICE

If you are accepted, you will be sent an invoice for the total amount due. You will have 2 business days to pay the invoice. If the invoice is not paid in that time, Charlie Diggs Entertainment and Promotions reserves the right to cancel the invoice and offer the spot to the next applicant in line.
